Skydive Sweden is Sweden’s largest organizer of skydiving events, offering tandem jumps and AFF courses. Based on the west coast of Sweden, it is home to Fallskärmsklubben Cirrus Göteborg—a vibrant community of skydivers from all cultures, skill levels, and walks of life.

Skydive Sweden faced a number of operational challenges that made it difficult to manage events efficiently:

  2. Limited event information collection through basic Google Forms

  3. Inefficient process for selling and managing extras (camping spots, bunk beds, meals)
